Hello there!
I have been thinking... I have great gaming PC wich can run all modern games but still should i get xbox 360 or ps3 because i'm having some extra money on my hands and i dont know what to do with it.
So what would be good if I play mostly online and wich has more/better exclusive games?
NO FANBOYS PLEASE!!!
+ Tell me about consoles in general.

No! I have a 360 and PC, keep the PC and use your money for games on it, it's perfectly good and while I enjoy my 360 loads, my PC will keep going for years, with new upgrades ETC...

ps3 because that way in the near future you could have the ps3 move(or whatever its called) and play great classics from oh so long ago, while having no fear of them shutting down the game making process for sed system

oh god...
Why do you need a console again? Take the money, and save it. Then buy a new graphics card when you need it.
But if I had to make a choice, I would say PS3, it has free online, some good exclusives, and God of War.

If you have a great gaming PC, why the fuck would you want a console? I personally have an xbox 360 myself, but that's because my pc sucks.
However if you are desperately afraid to leave the house, I recomend the 360.

I have an XBox 360, but I would probably recommend the PS3, I only like the 360 for one exclusive (Tales of Vesperia) and the rest of my games are multi-platform. And since most games are multi-platform, you might as well get the system that has the smaller failure rate, right?

One thing a lot of people overlook, look at the XBLA and the PSN and see which one has more downloadable goodies. The XBLA has Castle Crashers, which the PSN will be getting soon-ish (maybe?)

You are interested mostly in online?

360
Pros: Good online games support. If you are a teenager you will find lots of people your own age and have a good choice of shooters to choose from.
Cons: You have to pay. If you are not a teenager the community might stink unless you are playing with friends in which case why are you asking us, just ask them which consoles they play on.

PS3
Pros: Older gamers. Free online. Some good exclusives.
Cons: Online more variable in features. Many poor or average exclusives that get hyped beyond reason by playstation fans. Ports sometimes inferior to 360 and some popular multiplayer games not ported at all.

well i have all systems, so i hope this helps

xbox 360:
some great shooters and exclusives, great online support, massive community, personally i like the controller more than any other one

cons: paying for online, some annoying people occasionally, and alot of hte games are also for pc, which in this case you have a good pc to run on

ps3: free online, great user interface for doing whatever on it outside of video games, some great exclusives and plenty more to come (such as demon souls and GoW3 and uncharted, and personally i am so pumped for socom 4 in the fall), the price is now the same as the 360 but obviously the hardware is superior and has a less fail rate

cons: controller i dont like as much as i have stated before, some games get crappy ported, not as big of a community

as you can probably see, i'd go with ps3, its great right now and its upcoming with some good titles coming out
