I have this magical moment every year with a few of my other 20+ year old friends where we play outside near the ruins of an old fort up north, play hide-and-seek and capture the flag (hoodie). This happens one weekend every February. The next one is coming up weekend after next and I can't bloody wait. It's great fun.
For the remaining 363 days of the year, I am a hermit and stay indoors playing video games. Why? The village I live in is literally just houses with a couple of convenience shops, and the closest town is full of rapists and murderers and drug barons. I'd rather take my chances indoors. Plus I'm a little too old to be playing outside with the neighbours, and a little old for my dad to shoo me outside, haha.
