"Oh, joyous. Another Minecraft topic?"

Yes, another Minecraft topic. But this time, it's a Let's Play!

"But there's already a thousand of those!~"

Wait, really?

"Well, not really a thousand, but... you get the picture."

Well - then I'll make it different! Yeah! I'll make it really different! I'll make it a succession game, and call it Goatmurdered!

"...eh. Sounds an awful lot like a particular Let's Play of Dwarf Fortress." [http://lparchive.org/Dwarf-Fortress-Boatmurdered/]"

Yeah, but... but it's of Minecraft! So shut up!

Well, that's right folks. I'm going to start - or try to start, at least - a succession game of Minecraft. To those who don't know what a succession game is, the basic idea is that someone plays the game for an allotted period of time, writes (and typically screenshots) what happened throughout it, then passes the save onto the next player - rinse and repeat until the cycle begins again.

The rules of this one in particular are as follows:
1. Screenshots and text is the format for this. You may take brief videos of gameplay, but the primary format is text and screenshots to allow the most people to both participate and read as possible.
2. Writers should speak in fluent English, preferably as grammatical as possible - the less 'lol', the better.
3. If you would like to sign up, either make a post saying you'd like to join or shoot me a message of much the same content.
4. The players/writers have a week to make their post. (It doesn't have to be very long, just a recounting of what happened in whatever time period they chose.) If they don't make it within a week, then the save game will simply be passed onto the next player.
5. Whenever possible, we will be using the most up-to-date version to ensure save compatibility and whatnot.

The list of the players so far is as follows:

(Yeah, the list is looking awfully lonely right now. You play Minecraft? You should sign up!)

Once I get a couple of people into it, and assuming any interest is shown, I will get this Let's Play train a-rolling.

Strike the earth!
