At long last. [https://gamerant.com/god-of-war-gold/amp/]
Also worth noting is the game director originally pitched the ?single shot? idea to Crystal Dynamics for the Tomb Raider reboot but they rejected it. [https://www.gamespot.com/articles/a-really-cool-god-of-war-ps4-feature-was-rejected-/1100-6457602/]. All for the better because that would?ve probably been a pretty bad game to try it on considering how it turned out.
I?m also curious about their difficulty settings [https://www.vg247.com/2018/03/21/god-of-war-has-4-difficulty-settings/amp/]. One of my biggest criticisms of a difficulty select in non-competitive games is that most of the changes feel like generic slider adjustments on things like damage received, ammo count, bullet sponged enemies, etc. It?s good to see they?re going above and beyond that, and that they seem to have their core fan base in mind.
