GOG.com confirmed for Divinity: Original Sin

GOG.com,DRM-free digital purveyor of all that's good in gaming, has announced that they will be partnering up with us for Divinity: Dragon Commander and Divinity: Original Sin. That means that if you want, you will be able to get your digital version of Divinity: Original Sin via GOG.com.
Source: here [http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/larianstudios/divinity-original-sin] which is also their Kickstarter for a better Original Sin along with six updates showing off gameplay and stuff.

Which one are you more excited about? Dragon Commander looks nice and interesting. Dragons with jetpacks. Original Sin seems to have a more interesting combat system. I find that, if you lack a coop partner, having conversations with yourself is hilarious.

Well Divinity: Original Sin is the sort of thing Larian always wanted to do and it does look like a whole lot of clever RPG stuff is going into this, possibly this will be their best work yet.

Where as Dragon Commander is completely experimental stuff they had never done before, actually it's about 5 genres in that thing so it is perhaps first of it's kind, which is exciting but it has the very very high likelihood of being a complete mess.

Well true, but the first of something isn't bad. Might attract more people that way. And it might become a niche thing. It sort of reminds me of Sacrifice...which was widely acclaimed, even though it didn't sell that well. We'll wait and see, I guess, though I really want it to be a good game.
