While going through some of my neglected belongings, that surely must of been suffering depression by now, I came across a little gem. This "diamond in the rough" (excuse the inexcusable cliche) which infected me with a strain of nostalgia, which had yet to mature, was Okami. Thrilled I dug out the PS2 and hooked it up and have since delved into its depths. Im sure many of you have had similar experiences, why not share them!

As a side note who else salivates at Okami? One of my personnal favourite games, to bad clover studios closed shortly after release.

I can recall at least 3 times when I was bored and looked through my collection, and took out Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. One of my personal favorites. It was easy to play, lasted long but never got truly old, really funny, and just all around a good game. At least I though so.

I love Okami too, but you know, we're getting that Okamiden soon. High hopes for it, right?

I still play my PS2 quite a bit, so nothing's really super nostalgic for me. Though, I get a little warm and fuzzy whenever I put in the original Shadow Hearts, Haunting Ground, or Rule of Rose. Plenty of fun memories those created my Freshman year (which was, you know, only 4 years ago xD).

Though, American McGee's Alice (PC) and the first Kingdom Hearts can kinda make me feel nostalgic. I kind of link them both to my childhood and growing up, and also to developing my love of video games.

Okay, yeah, so I have a few slightly nostalgic games in my library.
