Hey you guys have you seen any good movies lately recently i bought Gran Torino and it was a very good movie once you get past the language and racism but all in all has a very good story and tell me a bout your favorite movies.

3:10 to Yuma, an awesome Western!

And.. the latests Star Trek, the converter of the non-believers.

Other than those, I haven't seen anything fantastic recently.

You don't need to get past the racism in Gran Torino, that's one of the great themes the movie is all about. When I went to see the movie in the cinema I was taken aback by the amount of old and grumpy people that were going to see it. I think that they were expecting Clint Eastwood to go racist (and I think this was also part of the publicity campaign) and I'm pretty sure they weren't all too happy about the way the movie ended and about the morale. I think Clint Eastwood did an amazing job with this film.

One of my absolute favorites is Dead Poets Society. It's one of the few movies that gets me emotional each and every time.

I fucking love the Transformers movies, Revenge of The Fallen is mind blowing.

Finally got around to seeing "Watchmen," liked it a lot.



Also bought a copy of "Shawshank Redemption," one of the greatest films of all time.

What a great movie, first half an hour is a bit slow but it is just setting up the plot. After that it is non stop action. Easily the best movie I've seen this year and I've seen the new Terminator, new Transformers and the new Star Trek movies.

I'm a big fan of gangster movies so if you have a lot of time to kill i'd recommend either Casino or Goodfellas. I wouldn't recommend watching both together as they have similar casts and will sort of blur into one very long and violent film.

Every Pixar movie, the original Star Wars trilogy, and The Professional.

I don't watch too many movies but those are my favorites.
