What are your faviourite video game matchups. Wheather from two different games or one sometimes you just cant help but think, "Jesus they would make a good couple". So fellow escapists what's your faviourite couple?

Samus x Nicole-458 is practically canon

three stand out in my mind.
Master Chief and Cortana. She's been a big part of his life for so long and thiers something kind of taboo/sad about it in that its obvious that the chief is more than just a soldier to Cortana(just as she's more than an AI to him) but its impossible for them to physically together and then thiers the whole thing about her eventually going rampant.

Gordon Freeman and Alyx. This one speaks for itself, you can tell that Alyx cares about Gordon and even though he never speaks its not hard to imagine him falling for especially after all that they've been through over the course of Half Life 2 and Episodes 1&2

Master Chief and Samus. Not as obvious as the first too but it just works, they've both been doing what they do for most of thier lives(MC has anyway) and they have a common bond inthat they're dependent on thier Armor suits to get thier jobs done

Drake from uncharted and Rubi from wet. Both are unlikeable dipshits with good acrobatic skills, competency with firearms and both sport extremely unfashionable hairdos.
