Great yet Overlooked game villains

Everyone knows Ganon, Bowser, etc. are all great and Iconic villains, but who did you really feel great beating at the end of a game?

Yes I slept with 50 hookers then immediately killed them to get my money back, but beating Officer Tenpenny at the end of GTA: San Andreas made me feel like a hero.

Timesplitters pretty much Predators that can shoot lighting.

Mephiles the Dark, a villain from Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), a game that got treated more harshly than it deserved.

And Erwin, from Pac-man World 3. That puppy/chocolate hating megalomaniac only child was hilarious.

One of my favorite villains that I remember was Jerec at the end of Jedi Knight, dark jedi lightsaber fight and blasting him with lightning was pretty great.

I wouldn't call many Rockstar villains 'great.'

For most, you tend to see them at the beginning, maybe do a few missions for them, and then nothing until the end aside the "Remember me? I'm still the villain" cameo.

The Masked Kid in Majoras Mask (Can't remember his name)

He didn't actually have a name and was just called "The Skull Kid" (skull kid being a species in the series). I liked him too.

Personally, I really liked Jack of Blades from the first Fable. He doesn't get much attention.

One of my favorite villains that I remember was Jerec at the end of Jedi Knight, dark jedi lightsaber fight and blasting him with lightning was pretty great.

Gotta love his hammy acting.

He actually scared me in that last level, because he would fly up the tower, and then if you didn't kill him fast enough, he would wipe the screen white while doing an extremely scary laugh.

My choice is Mael Radec or Scholar Visari from Killzone 2. These two have few appearances, but damn if they aren't the coldest yet most awesome bastards you've ever met.

I'd say Tchernobog from Blood, but I'm quite doubtful, because of how easy his fight was

god knows how many Shials an arachnophobic like me had to kill just to get to him, and then find out that he dies just with two blasts* of the Life Leech

*as in, pressing the fire button 2 times, since the Life Leech shoots a stream of blasts every time you press the fire button, like a burst mode

edit: shit, almost forgot about Mortus, from Comix Zone, hell of an antagonist he is

Personally, I really liked Jack of Blades from the first Fable. He doesn't get much attention.

Jack was an awesome character, and such a fun boss fight.

Guy had four arms!

From Skies of Arcadia He's a great villain. You don't even know how important he is until he freezes time and chops you to tiny bits. ..Among other things.

He's my favorite

Jasper Batt Jr. in No More Heroes 2. at the beginning of the fight he shows you all of your friend's heads on silver platters and then fights you in a car, on steroids, and then inflates himself to giant sized

or the mysterious voice (Dormin) in Shadow of the colossus
he flat-out lies to you and makes you kill the things that are keeping him imprisoned so he can possess you and restore himself, possibly for evil purposes

Saren, that guy was great and I've determined that he basically made the first Mass Effect, the sequel suffered from the lack of a real villain like him.

Tenpenny WAS a great villain.

Kerghan from Arcanum was pretty great. He would be my great yet overlooked villain.

He is a Scottish Sith Lord, therefore he is instantly badass.

Albedo from Xenosaga. I have never wanted to kill a fictional character more.
Did I mention he makes the Joker look sane and subtle by comparison?
