I would have to say Counter Strike Source just because of how much time I have put into the game and the fact that I cannot think of any others at the moment. :)

Banjo-Tooie, maybe, but there are so many amazing titles, of so many different genres, with so many differing strengths that you simply can't pick one over all others.

I love that game too. But it is not THE best game ever.
