Kratos, he's hands down the ultimate god of absolute bad-ass. If you're being picky and it has to be an actual Greek/Roman (or as I think of it GreekmarkII) god and have to go with Poseidon , I've always loved water and swimming so I'd be right at home being god of the sea.
