Hey, I just tried this gametype for the first time tonight, after hearing about it for a bit, and I really enojoyed it. So much so that I spent over an hour playing by myself before quitting.

I have one question though... people say it's a great source for CR, but after 75 minutes playing, I got 50. That's it.

I wasn't playing for the cr, I've been waiting for a friend to come on to play some matchmaking, but what's up with that? Is my game bugged? I noticed while I was doing the campaign I never got any CR for commendations like shooting people in the head, even though you're supposed to, as far as I can tell. Any ideas on this?

Also, what other gametypes do you guys recommend?

Bungie kind of lowered the amount of Credits you get, so that's normal. I suggest just completing the daily challenges every day. Keeps you coming back to the game and gives you a good chunk of EXP/Creds.

Did you play it on custom? You don't really get any credits for anything on Reach unless its either campaign, or a Matchmaking game, and the campaigns credit count is insanely low. you can play a ranked version of gruntpocalypse that nets me around 700 credits a match if I can complete it, with takes about 12 minutes. Its available on the Score Attack playlist on cooperative matchmaking. Single player only. ( dont ask why its under cooperative).

Bungie really screwed the pooch when it comes to credit pay out in custom games, so it's normal.

The rest of the game is fantastic though.

Good thing I'm already at Warrant Officer Grade 2. I'm chugging along slowly, and the daily/weekly challenges help a lot. I just hope there'll be more Campaign challenges in the future. But no "Office of Not Dying". That challenge was shit.

Ohhhhh okay. I was just playing by myself while waiting for him to come on, and when I exited I got 50 credits... which is the same thing I get for everything I do except matchmaking. I was just wondering about it because (although I didn't really look into it that much) I heard people talking about getting tons, and I got the same I always do.

Just started to wonder if there was something wrong with my game because it doesn't give me anything for commendations or whatever in campaign either. It also says I haven't completed a level, despite beating it on heroic
