It's a toss up between Mike Toreno and Ryder.

Big Smoke, OG Loc, Office Tennpenny, Ryder, Maria, Wu Zi Mu, from SA and ah Tommy Vercetti from Vice City. They should remake Vice City and San Andreas with GTA 4 graphics. That would be awesome. So long as there are more colors than varrying shades of brown and grey.

Yusuf Amir, the stuff that guy said always bought tears to my eyes. Wuzi from SA...he was a blind triad leader made my head-a-splode.
I hated OG Loc from GTA:SA he was such a fucking loser, Brucie's brother Mori from Ballad of Gay Tony really annoyed me, wanted to punch him so much.
