GTA IV gloves help?

I have GTA IV on Steam, and I want to get the fingerless gloves. I have to use Spark IV (which I downloaded) and mess with some files. I cannot find GTA's files anywhere on my computer, since I've never tried to mod anything before. Anyone want to help a clueless n00b?

Look in the "C:\\program file\\steam\\steamapps\\common\\" directory (assuming "c:\\program files\\" is where you've installed Steam) for the GTAIV folder (or "Rockstar\\GTAIV" folder).
