This movie was pretty good. Not amazing as the first one though. Its hard to top the first one as that was my favorite MCU film (now its 2nd. Current best is Captain America: Civil War.) and the film does its job fine.
Its not much of a plot as the film ops to focus more as a character piece and it kinda works. The cinematography is just gorgeous plus works well with great special effects, several of the characters work well along with solid chemistry between them, fun action and some really good jokes.
In terms of flaws, there were a few moments with the pacing as it felt it was slow or dragged a bit and feels a little too much in it in some parts. The only time I thought the effects were weak in only one part and its maybe the fight with the villain. (I would explain, but spoilers) Some jokes were a little weak.
Overall I enjoyed the heck out of it and think James Gunn did a good job with solid direction and a somewhat decent script along with a stellar cast. I would give it an 8/10 (B+)
