Well, today was an awesome day, especially considering it being Halloween. Today, I just got Guitar Hero World Tour, and this is my first impression of it. Now then, when I first got it, I was excited to see the opening (Sorry if I spoil it for you). The opening shows the original 3 band members are at a concert with a thousand more, and it's just a hippie with a horn of some sort. Maybe a bassoon or a clarinet. Anywho, it turns out that Lou the Devil's manager or whoever he is, owns that hippie, who then mind controls the audience and everyone turns into a rock band. This is why customizable characters are able to be made in this game.

When I first started playing the career, then I started to complain. First of all, why can't I choose the original form for Lars Umlaut, my Favorite Character? I don't like him with his black hair and mustache like make-up. I like him as he looked in Guitar Hero 2. After that, I customized a guitar and started playing. One thing that bugs me and probably everyone else is the menu for selecting songs. You get posters that allow you to select tours, and you have to play every song. Of coarse, while playing the song, you can choose to skip it, and come back to it later, but why not allow you to select the song you want to play from the start? Another thing is, they tweaked the screen again to make it that all you see is the Note chart and the movement of the characters. This is highly confusing to me, especially when the little text pops up and gave me a heart attack. I mean, I could barely read that, let alone tell that it was text telling me that I have hit a certain number of notes or something. Also, if your looking for what tells you your multiplier, it's those christmas lights on the side of the note chart.

However, this game is definitely better then Guitar Hero 3 and, I know you'll disagree with me here, Rock Band 2. For one, it is better then these things is the custom song creator! I love it! I made two songs all ready, and am planning to make more tomorrow. Another thing is that the graphics, are WAY better then they where in the GH3. I could imagine them as real people then computer generated images. Okay, so I lied their, but it's pretty convincing. The song selection is also awesome. Way better then Rock Band 2, although I learned that my favorite Gun's N Roses song is Shacklers Revenge, and that I actually like Paramore's That's what you get. But it has awesome songs, GHWT. And even though the screen organization may make me angry, and that Lars Umlaut is hideous as a Brunette, I give this game a 9/10. You should definantly get it, if I were you. See you in a week with another review!

Might want to take some time to work on spelling and sentence structure before you post a review. There's a lot of awkward sentences and misused words.

Since it's a game with a lot of peripherals, I think the review would be better suited if you focused on the new equipment as well as a look into the track list(available DLC's, etc). The song creator mode is also an interesting concept, and I think an examination of how it operates and the ease of use would be something people want to know more about.

Storyline is pretty negligible in the entire series; as long as you keep completing songs, you're going in the right(only) direction. Good luck with future reviews.

Alright, you sentences could use a little work, a few are a bit muddled. There are a few spelling mistakes, but only a few. But all in all the review is just too short. There are so many things you didn't touch on such as:
How does the song creator work? Is it usere friendly or a bastard to learn?
What is the multiplayer like? You haven't mentioned it at all, but I will let you off as you may not have played it.
What are the new peripherals like? Are the drums solid, and does the mike register sound properly?
Perhaps less focus on the story, some more on the songs. do the note charts seem to fit the songs, or are the awful like Guitar Hero III?

You seem to be having a bout of critisiscm. May I suggest excessive doses of Fable II to relieve the anger?

I don't know... They weren't that bad. True, on Easy, some notes were just lumped into one strum and didn't make a lot of sense, but by Expert that had not only evened itself out, but accelerated to the point where it didn't matter what notes represented what sounds.

Oh and you spelt "they" wrong. Hah! I do enjoy criticizing critics. It is infinitely more satisfying than just ordinary Grammar Nazi-ing.
They were quite bad on Guitar Hero II you have to admit. Just one look at the intro of "Before I Forget" and you can see hardly any correspondence to the actual notes.

Also, I give constructive criticism, making the point he should pay closer attention to his spelling at grammar next time he writes a review. Whereas you merely shouted at me for a typo on a comment. Above all else you haven't even made a comment on the review; well done.

Well I just like to annoy Moogly, and I felt I was being constructive with my criticism here. Besides, I have done the whole evil thing on fable, and good is dumb [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9FsfibJsKU].

Shouted? If only the internet would let me type in a tone of voice. I was making a joke. I too commented earlier on grammar and that he didn't explain anything about the instruments.

But I am confused. Are you talking about 2 or 3? You typed 3 earlier but if you meant 2 then my argument is void as I have yet to play two.
You see it's the exclamation mark, that's the problem with typing, I can't tell if it's a joke or a bad shot at me. Also, fair enough, I didn't notice your earlier post, but I stand by my opinion that the note charts sucked harder than Henry the hoover in Guitar hero III.

Any review of Guitar Hero: World Tour requires a lot more than three paragraphs. I wrote an ongoing review that was three times longer than yours and only about a fifth complete (it got deleted though, possibly because ongoing reviews are not looked upon highly here).

In general, the review is short and sloppy. I won't redundantly echo the points that have already been made in earlier posts, save to say that it needs a lot of work.
