We all have games that we suck at . You know the game that if anybody saw you playing they'd think you suck at videogames . Games you can barely beat on easy , or games you just can't wrap your head around . Games that make you feel like an idiot especially when you see other people playing it with ease.
I got three .
1) Resonance of fate . I swear this game makes me feel like i have a mental disability , i just don't get it . I saw someone playthis on a live stream once and was marveled at how well he was doing and how bad i was at it . I could barely beat regular enemies pet alone bosses . I have no idea how anything works in that game , even after doing the tutorial 3 times .
2) Agrest war : Zero . I like Japanese strategy games , i loved FF tactics , disgaea and growlansers , but this , this is the hardest and most confusing game i have ever played in my life . I would LOVE to finish it , but it takes me like an hour to beat a battle , and bosses destroy me in a few turns . I restarted this game twice because i was motivated , but for me personally this game hates me with a passion . I'm just so bad at this game it depresses me . There are three games in this series to date , and i'm assuming many people bought/finished these games for it to get 2 sequels. Depressing .
3) Blazblue. HOLY SHIT . I can barely beat the AI on easy , i'm not new to fighting games , i have played over the years Soul calibur, tekken , MVC3 , Street fighter and recently Persona 4 Arena , but Blazblue has me stumped . I understand nothing about this game , i can even block properly , this is how dumb this game makes me . It's like my mind can't grasp the mechanics of this game . My IQ much drop 100 points as soon as the title screen pops up . I'm so pathetically bad at this game , i can't even win with the easiest character on easy despite spending abot 50 hours in training mode . I'd be embarassed to play this in front of anybody .
Note that i'm not saying these are bad games , i would love nothig more than to be good at these games , but i have to admit defeat and realise that i am personally terrible at them despite the time and effort i have invested in them . There games have me beat , and i must hang my head in shame .
