I got the Spartan officer medal, but I didn't get the achievment or the helmet. Whats up and how do I fix it?

the same thing happened with my friend. i think...
I suppose you could "Dashboard it" or try quitting and then going back in. Also i had a similar problem with ODST where i completed the game with my friend and we didn't get the achievement until 20 minutes later after the credits, seemingly at random.

It's been a long time since H3 for me, but it's probably one of two things:
1)It's a bit glitched (as will happen with certain achievements and unlockables in H3's multiplayer, especially the katana) and may unlock at some random interval, or
2)If it's an experience or rank one (sergeant? like I said, it's been a realllly long time), try getting both the global rank (the gold one that appears in your service record) and a playlist specific white-rank to that point.
