Halo Blood Lines stole MY SHIP !!!!!

I logged onto Xbox Live today (Nov/30/09) and went onto Halo Waypoint to see if there was any new content on the upcoming Halo legends presentation. I did not see much so I decided to play Modern Warfare 2 until I saw a preview of a new halo comic coming out. I watched it and notice something that left me in awe, THEY COPIED THE DESIGN OF MY GOOGLE SKETCHUP SHIP ! Don't believe me ? then check out this website.

They look failry simialr but you have to remember all sci-fi ships of a certain genre will mimic shapes and forms. I noticed that when i was modeling mechas/ships/guns. They all steal a little something

There's deffinitly a similarity...

...but it also appears to have features from a Thunderbirds spaceship known as Zero-X. So I wouldn't read to much into it.

And it looks like you stole the design of G-police: Weapons of Justice's Barossa ship and C&C:TS's Kodiak. Get over it.

I have to agree, since it isn't a straight copy you really don't have a case, or you'll have a very hard time proving that they copied "your" ship. Personal I'd be flattered that they liked you designs so much that they used them in their own.

I mean you can say your design is like the Stargate ship, which is similar to the Quake 4 ships, which are similar to the X3 & X2 ships, which are almost copies of the Starship Troopers ship...with almost every grey sci-fi ship having it's origins in the ship from Aliens...

That's because the ship you drew looks just like Halo 3's frigate and pretty much every other generic human military space cruiser ever.
