How would you renovate the halo shooter, make it RPG? new main character? or have a game completely based around the enemy?
Maybe they could do that if they make a remake. It's a pretty cool idea. To develop that point it would be cool to have some Covanent v Flood and Covanent v Sentinals levels. Maybe where they discover the Flood? If they do that though you can't really do the scene where Master Cheif looks at the video from the marine helmet.Vrex360 said:Personally I never saw any problem with the Halo games of the past, each one is fun and great to go back to.
However the one thing I would change is in Halo: Combat Evolved, I would have the Arbiter (prior to his becoming an Arbiter) a prominently featured antagonist so that his transition from foe to friend is completed through the course of the trilogy.
I hope that they bring his previous form into reach. It would really jump the story.Vrex360 said:Personally I never saw any problem with the Halo games of the past, each one is fun and great to go back to.

'Perfect' isn't the words i would use but it's fine as it is, like how God of War dosn't need changingS.R.S. said:Nothing, it's perfect the way it is.
Halo:Chess is something I'm more interested in though.
Pretty much this.Sajuuk-khar said:I think Halo already got stale after the first game. I like sequels and stuff, but Halo 2 was nothing special in no way whatsoever. Same goes with Halo 3, it was okay but not great and certainly not deserving of all the huge scores.
Ofcourse same can be said of a lot of modern games. Seriously, is Modern Warfare 2 deserving as one of the best and highest rated shooters ever?
As for the direction of the Halo series. I don't really know. ODST wasn't brilliant, but it did try something (a bit) different for the series and I can appreciate that.
