Today Canada celebrates its 143rd Birthday meaning there is going to be parties in the streets and fireworks in the air (as well as a fully paid day off work) in all cities across our beautiful nation!

So to all Escapists I wish you all a Happy Canada Day from my hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I've been to Canada twice, seems like a nice place.

Except for the damn subway workers not knowing what salami is. Twice.
