Has Marvel Vs Capcom 3 ruined your love for other fighting games too?

So I've been rockin MvC3 with my friends for a while now, and we recently got tired of the same ol thang. So we decide to try out a few others that we had, our choices were Mortal Kombat vs DC and Soul Caliber 4. And wow, both felt so slow and boring it killed me.

I haven't had time to sit down and play any others for a while, and I understand MvC3 is an audio visual freak fest like watching two suns colliding, just wondering if this effect has happened to others.

Not really ruined...nothing feels as fast paced and fun to me though.

When I go back to BlazBlue or SSF4AE they feel so slow. If I had to make a comparison, I would say MvC3 is like CoD while the other games I play are like Battlefield.

MvC3 = more fun, but also pisses me off more (like CoD) due to all the bullshit that exists in the game (lol level 4 x-factor Wesker}

BBCS, SSF4 = A slower paced game that really makes me think about what I did wrong and what I can do better. Not as fun, but also not as stupidly hectic. When you lose it usually feels like you should have lost.

Nope. Game didn't have the lasting appeal of other fighters, actually. Gah, can't wait for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.
