Well I'm pissed and desiring music of being upset and hateful to listen to. I just got an email from my ex saying not only is she not going to let me be around for my son's birth, but she's only planning on letting me see him for maybe a couple of hours a month. Not happy. Not happy at all.

So what music do you listen to that helps bring forward your hatred?

Right now I'm listening to Suicidal Tendencies, particularly "I'll Hate You Better" but my favorite is Nine Inch Nail's Broken CD, especially "Wish." Not only do I love that song, but it really lets me feel all that raw hatred that I let build up inside.

How about you?

I like upbeat music, but I can't say I have been in a situation like this before. I wish good luck to you with your son and I hope you at least see him occasionally.

Remember to enjoy the time, no matter how small, with your son.

It's a cover or Metallica's 'Sad but True'. It pisses me off every time.

Such an awesome song, but I liked other albums more (Ten Thousand Fists!)... sorry I just felt I had to say that.

NIN is good, so is Disturbed, but I always listen to Bullet for My Valentine or System of a Down.

I've found myself on more than one occasion blaring KMFDM's "Mini mini mini". I'm not really a metal guy or hard rock, but I just love the way it shakes my car.

I say listen through Korns first album
Listened to Balltongue and Clown earlier. Would listen to the whole CD but I'm definitely in no mood for Daddy. Song gets me way too emotional.

Next in queue is some Marilyn Manson. Particularly "Irresponsible Hate Anthem" and "Gett Your Gunn."

Me too! It IS rather amazing.
Had to follow it up with "Shout 2000" for good measure. Not sure if I prefer thier version or Tears for Fears, but thier version is definitely more warranted at this moment in time.

Now onto Manson...
