Beat through Analogue: a hate story a few months ago and liked the story and how they made the ending at least multiple parts. Then just picked up Hate plus and saw how my save carried over so I am all "Yay, thats cool." Then start playing it and I guess this is a minor spoiler to what I guess a game lengthening plot. It seems like every 12 hours you ship recharges (because you were on a ship last time). Now that would be cool and all but then I started to think, I like the first game because you were racing against time to see the story, find the endings, and not die (not a expected out come from a visual novel game.) Now playing it I was wondering why they chose to go this route? I sat through the first part and loved that I had to find all the info and would have gotten all the steam achievements but was pissed at one of them. The games have their cute parts and it needs to be stated it is "Korean." (I would really like some clarification that it is not just using stereotypes of asian or foreign culture but for all I know the names could be spot on.) I love how they chose the way to bring about the story. The more I read the more invested I get. (Though I am the guy who has to have almost every book I can grab in star bound unless I have a extra.)

I would have to question what is the reason to stagger a narrative. This is like me watching act one of a drama and having my chain yanked back when I want to watch more of the issues that happened in the background.
