have u ever been banned from a video game?

I was wondering if anyone out there has anyone ever been banned from some form of video game and if so why?

I have actually been banned from 2 games Runescape and Club Penguin. I got banned from Runescape because me and my friend made up some bogus religion and we tried to convert people. For Club Penguin i got banned because i tried to convert people to communism(i have no idea it was just for kicks)

I've never been banned. Of course, I usually either make friends with the mods or leave after two months, so I'm not really interested in somewhere where messing with peoples' heads is the only amusing aspect about it.

I got a 3 day ban from WoW for saying the easter egg world event made me want to punch a baby.

I know a guy that got a 3 hour ban or some nonsense for telling a GM to suck his **** when he was rooftop camping. He laughed on vent for a bit then went to sleep. It was 3 am when it happened. Fun times.

Don't feel bad about your Runescape religion, being the leader of an internet cult is never fun. Trust me.

I have not had the chance to be banned from a game yet.

Well, I technically quit first, but after trying to log in once later it turns out my WoW account got hacked and later banned. On the other hand I never felt the addiction that WoW seems to give some people.

You should have claimed freedom of religion for the first, and claim political freedom for the second.

And no I've never been banned, I've never been able to come up with a good enough troll, and most games I play all the time I'd rather not get banned from.

Oh I remember now! Some people were doing that whole "Anal spam" thing, and I was in the Trade channel at the same time and I guess I got reported alongside them.
Because I don't do Anal spam.

I have in fact been given a ban from WoW for 3 days, somehow they got me tangled up in a bunch of gold sellers or hackers or something. I was actually able to get it lifted when I talked to customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that I have never been banned.

I've gotten kicked from a Halo PC server before for griefing; granted, that was a LONG time ago. But damn was it fun.

I have never been banned from anything except a private server and the website of the server owners. but then again i publicly named and shamed them for stealing other mod makers content on our website, and i knew they knew i knew it. so i kinda expected them to ban me. as for anything official? nope never.

The people who think they are "addicted" to wow are lesser minded. Mostly because they believe any shit (the shit being the "fact" that wow is addictive) out there someone in a labcoat spews out has to be true. They're wearing a labcoat aren't they?

Nope. I try to avoid being an asshole...its not easy.
OH and I avoid games that have dedicated servers or server listings (one reason why I don't play tf2 and CS:S). I hate dedicated servers and server listings.

Got banned from that old web browser game Space4k. Hardcore trolling I did, nearly destroyed the mods it was so intense!

Other than that just a shit ton of Halo PC servers, banned for 'aimbotting'. Guess I'm just that good...

Oh, and I got banned on Neopets, cuz when I was like, 12, some 10 year old girl wanted to have cyber sex and I kept telling her no, so she reported me, saying I was threatening her. Sure then Viacom.

Got banned from a Killing Floor server.

Map was Biotic. The group is camping the spawn area, welding the doors directly across, right, and left of the spawn.
Well I come in and I'm a Medic for the speed-boost and Armor boost. I blow open the door to the left of spawn and camp their for the game killing any Zeds that come along.
Well here comes a Scrake so instead of killing it I lead it back to the spawn behind the place everyone is camping. Basically Scrake from behind(kills me), FP from the front, and other ZEDs from else-where.

Was fun. I was laughing sooooo bad.

Never. I only play single player games with the occasional MMO, though. Not hard for me to avoid trouble.
