Have you ever been accused of cheating in any way? This applies to all online gaming services. You can post what service and what game if you want. I'll start off:

Service: Xbox LIVE

Game: Call of Duty 4

Reason: Someone decided that I must be using a rapid fire controller because I emptied a clip from the G3 pretty quickly. I don't have a mod though, for the record.

This is intended to be a fun topic - please don't flame people etc. Also, I'm sorry if this is a repost.

On Counter-Strike once. The kid assumed that I was using an aimbot, despite the fact that I missed plenty of shots, and he sat still countless times.

All the time in L4D. I have my volume at near max so when I hear ANYTHING I start blasting around corners.

Ive called bullshit on some people before, Lag is the main cause of a lot of issues sometimes.

Ive been accused of cheating because i can fire a semi-auto pistol at a nearly full auto rate ( i Love last stand sometimes...)

Reason: I managed to catch the 3 best players on the other team off guard and kill them all in a few seconds with my FAMAS. The person accused me of hacking to which I responded "If I was hacking, I would be winning" which I wasn't...

I haven't been accused of cheating because of this which I'm surprised at. On CoD4 I can empty a clip from the M21 in about a second, almost all the shots hitting the person.

Game: Team Fortress 2

Reason: I was a spy and made a quick maneuver around them to backstab. They thought I passed through them, and since you can't pass through enemy players, he accused me of having a no clip hack. Really, I usually don't play spies so it wasn't a skillful move, but the game wouldn't let me play Scout...
OT: Why does it do that? I still haven't figured out the deal with being not allowed to play certain characters at times.

My friend has. He opened an account for his brother, who sucks, and played a match in CoD4 and got a good K/D that round. Some eight year old sent him a message accusing him of modding because of the terrible ratio belonging to the file contrasting the ratio of the game.

I have also called bullshit on people before, mostly in CoD4 when they make a pistol sound like an MP5.

Team Fortress 2, 12 year old whiny kid decided I was cheating because my sentry wouldn't die despite the fact I was standing right behind it healing it. Eventually killed him 12 times in one round.

It's because they released an update for the 360 version that allows the creator of the server to limit the number of players that are allowed to play each class.

It's really hard to tell sometimes if someone is cheating or not. I've been attacked from behind, do 180 spin and head shot them. And have been on the other end of that.

It would be unexpected if these things DIDN'T happen, though, considering how many encounters there are.

Probably the very first time I ever played CS:Source, i got myself a sniper and just sat there, must've got lucky cos i managed to snipe 3 of their team within about 5 seconds of each other... then I got kicked and haven't play CS since.

Everytime I win.

Ince I had a G3 in Hardcore mode in CoD4, which is effectively insta-kill.
The entire enemy team called hacks and cheats.

A couple of years ago I was half decent on CSS, so it's inevitable that I'd come across eejits claiming that I hacked. These days though, I wouldn't be accused of such a thing, even on a noob server.

Reason:I was playing a game with my friend and some people he knew. Every time I got a kill they would scream about how I was hacking, to which I would reply "Saying that I know how to hack is more of a compliment rather than an insult.".

reason: I get called a hacker every game just because I know how to aim and shoot straight. The sad thing is I get kicked from games often just because my K/D is usually a 3:1 ratio.

In Team Fortress 2 on the PC I shoot a flare gun down a hall and get a cloaked spy. He assumes I'm hacking to see invisible spies but it was actually a lucky shot. He would never let it end though, so when he specced me I always made sure I jerked around making it look like I had an aimbot.
