Now To stay on topic, i had a Brain Orgasm whenever i saw the first trailer for Metroid:Other M and then another one when i saw the Gamplay Vid that was released a while back.

And very recently i had 4 Brain Orgasms while playing Fire Emblem:Radiant Dawn.

Malcolm Gladwell is a great author, and the Howard Moskowitz is actually a partner and very good friend of my father's and are doing work on segmentation together.
The whole idea of Mingenomics is pretty interesting

I'm going to say Malcolm Gladwell is more likely to give me a brain hemmorrage as opposed to a mental orgasm. I read "The Tipping Point" and wanted to vomit from its one way view of the world.
If you want a real brain orgasm try thinking of something on your own rather than relying on the exeriences / oppininons of others. Reading is great but make sure you read a full circle of oppinions before finding the one to evoke by name.
