Erm, the one that you posted OP, that's probably my dream job, is only 6 months though. Maybe a snowboard instructor for the winter months and surf instructor for the summer, that'd do it for me.
Space explorer ala Picard. Not kidding, I really really want that. Screw this little rocky planet, this galaxy alone is so massive, I want to see what's out there.
Script editor. Why? So I can get scripts, and have infinite fun telling the writer why he is Bad At Writing. Instead of a pen/tippex to cross out bad/unnecessary/otherwise stupid lines, I'd have a paint-roller. And white paint.

Of course, I'd have to not be able to be fired. Or sued. Or murdered by bitter writers.
