Hello escapists!
The time has come. My days of being over weight, size 44x32, unhealthy and embarrassed of my body, are over.
This time, I get fit.
Join me if you want on my journey to a better life.

Ok, shitty intro over with.
I am seriously getting tired of being a fatass. I am going to do the SS routine for months in hopes of getting cut and in shape.
All my info, routine, weights, meals, etc will be on the video link.
I am doing this and no one can stop me.

So my fellow scapers, if you care to join me on my journey, please enjoy!
Also, I am willing to take any advice anyone to like to through at me.

I'll point out the website Nerd Fitness. An interesting take on getting fit. I found them through this [http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/03/24/assassins-creed/] page, which I quite liked.

Apart from that, good luck! You've taken the first step on an admirable goal! I wish you well in your travels.

Run on a treadmill...but with weights attached to you!.

Because if there is anything that Dragonball Z has taught me, is that if you want to become fit and strong, you have to practice with weights on or an artificial gravity generator to simulate the surface of Jupiter. You know, whatever floats your boat.

But anyways, good luck on loosing weight. I recommend exercising in the cold (i find it hard to maintain a steady ratio of body-fat here in Iceland) and running.

I'm so thin, i don't even exercise, however not exercising has made me rather weak in terms of stamina. So i feel like a potato sometimes, but I just can't seem to be bothered about it.

Even going to the gym is kinda useless for me as i would have to eat my own body weight in weight gain power, in order to have any muscles to tone up, I'm really scrawny, especially for my age.

I really do get envious of broader built men sometimes.

Do this and you'll be as strong as goku, and you'll be able to defeat the ginyu force

First, a link [http://boards.4chan.org/fit/] (read the sticky).

Second, monitor what you eat, and track how many calories you've eating. Use this [http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/caloriecalculator.htm] calculator to find out how many calories you need to maintain your body weight, and try to eat 500-1000 less. For every 3500 calories' worth of food you don't eat, you'll lose one pound.

Also, try to start with some cardio, too. What I'm using is the Couch to 5K [http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml] running program, and while I haven't been following it exactly, I'm still getting out three times a week and running, and going for a walk the other four days.

And hey, I've dropped 4.5 pounds in the last two weeks by doing this. It's not a lot, but it's a start.
