Help i'm stuck on fallout 3

I'm stuck on the waters of life.

I was suppost to escape with Doctor Li, But she got knocked out so i ran off down the escape route without her and got out.

But now wherever i go she appears telling me we have to get out through the escape tunele and to the citadel tries to lead me all the way back to the water plant and passing the cittadel on the way.

you might have to restart and retry mate. Hopefully you saved the game just before the start of the quest.

You could try fast traveling to the water plant and going down the tunnel with her and see if that works

Reload a previous save, the only thing to do.
You must be a bad shot to run out of ammo, why not pick up one of the enclave weapons?

It's a glitch, I'm afriad you're fucked!
Also you ran away from the enclave soldiers? They're easy to kill.

But they keep respawning! How do you kill them all? Does Chuck Norris walk in after awhile and totally own everyone?

You may have to reload a previous save and at worst, you may have to restart the whole game.

I'm stuck in the later missions (in the Broken Steel DLC), where my only mission hint is to "Eliminate the security problem." However, this is an optional mission AND IMPOSSIBLE.
There's a fuse box missing a fuse to.
I think I'm trying to get to or away from an Air Force base. I don't remember now, I'm tired.

Contain the Security Breach
Among other things, you can learn that the train to Adams is offline, due to a "security breach" which has resulted in "the forced removal of a main fuse." M.A.R.Go.T can repair the fuse and train, but only if the breach is contained. According to her, the intruders have depleted 22% of the Metro security units, have no internal body heat, and are emitting lethal levels of radiation. The Metro units should be able to handle the breach on lower levels, but higher levels can result in facing several more deadly foes, which will make short work of the Sentry Bots, and you too, if you aren't careful. If you aid in containing the breach, the Presidential Sentinel Unit will repair the Adams tram for you; if not, you can find the Main Fuse on its body, as well as in the room with the fusebox, and can use it and a Repair check to fix the train yourself.

O-o Thank you. Why didn't I consult the Wikia?

It helped me alot too, but since I have it on PC it's virtually impossible to get stuck.
