I have this assignment where I have to carry out a survey on a topic which I could choose. I had no better idea than to ask about peoples breakfast habits. So here goes:

1)Do you eat for breakfast? If so, what?
2)Do you have something to drink for breakfast? If so, what?
3)If you don't have anything to eat/drink for breakfast, then why?
4)Do you find that your breakfast is nutritious? Would you like to change something about your breakfast habits?

That is all, THAAAAAAAAAAAAAANKS!

I don't eat breakfast, because I don't get up till round noon usually. And even if I do get up that early, I skip it because it just means I'll have to use the bathroom in an hour anyway.

4.I find my breakfast fairly nutritious, but I'd like to eat more fruit, and possibly eat a little more, because I get hungry at school.

1) Yes. During the week normally two slices of toast with butter and jam. At the weekend I have time to make a fried breakfast with a selection picked from eggs, bacon, beans, tomatoes, fried onions, sausages, toast, and fried bread (depending on what's in the fridge).

2) Normally some variety of fruit squash, but recently I have taken up drinking tea...

3) NA.

4) I'm pretty sure my breakfast is not particularly nutritious.

Hamburgers, whatever I'm in the mood for really. And sometimes breakfast is dinner. I sleep erratically.

I normally have a bowl of cereal, glass of juice and cup of tea for breakfast, except on weekends, where I normally get up late enough to wait until lunch.

1)Pancakes. No exceptions. Well, waffles are an exception. I like waffles.
2)Either milk or Orange Juice.
3)N/A
4)I'd say it's nutritious. Wouldn't change anything.

1) Usually, if I have time before I need to leave for work- sometimes breakfast cereal, sometimes a small microwave meal
2) Yes, typically iced tea, soda or water
3) If I do skip breakfast, it's because I overslept or am otherwise running late for work, and I try to have a small snack at work
4) I wouldn't mind involving more fruits and veggies in my morning meals, but salad isn't exactly the most satisfying food to eat in the morning.

1) Sometimes. If I do it's probably a really unhealthy cereal like Krave.
2) If I eat then I'll have a drink too. I might even have a drink if I don't eat. It's either tea or coffee - the best way to start the morning (or not)
3) If I don't eat/drink it's either because I woke up late and I needed to run out of the door that moment or (on weekends) simply because I forgot.
4) No, but making my breakfast more nutritious would require effort. I'd love pancakes (homemade) with maple syrup and bacon for breakfast - a thought that for some reason seems to repulse most of my friends... (the combination isn't very common here in dull, rainy England). That said, I love weird combinations - my favourite snack is curly chips, cheese and chocolate icing.

1. Yes, I eat Oat Crunch cereal (and it has dark chocolate swirls)
2.Not always but if I do I drink tea.
3.NA
4.Well the oat crunch is nutritious. The less said about the chocolate swirls that come with it the better.

You're welcome.

1) Usually, Toast with Vegemite, a Bowl of Cheerios or Porridge. If I'm on Holiday or I have the time/inclination to I'll have a full English/fry up.

2) Cuppa Tea. Orange Juice if I'm having a fry up.

3) If I skip it's due to time constraints, ie. I woke up late/slept in.

4) Yeah, it's great. The fry up isn't but it's not meant to be. I should probably eat fruit, but I hate fruit and that applies to all meals.

1) If I wake up on time. I like bacon baps from Greggs or fresh oatcakes, but I will also have toast and jam or eggs on toast.
2) A cup of tea or some orange/apple juice.
3) Because I don't get up on time.
4) Yeah, it gets me going. I wish I had breakfast more often, though.

Also, some cereal & milk is delicious, but it's not good for my digestive system and it gives me stomach cramps.

1)Do you eat for breakfast? If so, what? Cereal. Normally cheerios or rolled oats.
2)Do you have something to drink for breakfast? If so, what? Apple juice or milk, and often a cup of coffee. Black.
3)If you don't have anything to eat/drink for breakfast, then why? ...
4)Do you find that your breakfast is nutritious? Would you like to change something about your breakfast habits? I wouldn't claim that my breakfast is particularly nutritious. My goal when I eat breakfast is to fill my stomach with starch to keep me going 'till lunch.
No, I don't feel the need to change anything about my breakfast.

Answers:
1) I eat bread with ham, cheese and cucumber and plus that I also have porridge
2) Coffee, Milk, Juice... well anything drinkable actually
3) There's no why, if I oversleep I quickly grab some fruit or something, I must have my breakfast
4) Nope, I like it just the way it is. And I guess it is nutricious...

There you go, good luck with your survey.
