Help me find this movie (foreign superhero film)

I watched a movie a few years back. It was a superhero film and I think it was either Spanish or Portuguese, but I want to say Spanish. The lead was a martial artist who was turned into a joke as a superhero by the media, until he saved a girl from a pedophilia ring and then died shortly after. I would love to rewatch this film, but I can't for the life of me remember the name and google seems to hate me.
