Help me play Bioshock and crysis

Hey everyone i"ll make this quick

Have Bioshock and Crysis for PC. Been installed on my computer for awhile now and wont run anymore. Get the message "could not write license data". Weird thing is it's the same message for both games even though there made by diff people.

I've got some conspirecy going that its because of the windows live logo which protudes on the cover of the game like herpes on a dirty hooker - but I'm not too sure.

Any help would be much appreciated if you've had this problem before or know how to fix it

If you get the "Could not write license data!" error message when you click on the Bioshock.exe, do this:

1) Open the command line by pressing "Start" and selecting the "Run..." option.

2) Type "cmd" (without "s) and push the [Enter] button on the keyboard.

3) Please type in the following command:
rd /s "%APPDATA%\SecuROM"
and press [Enter] on the keyboard.

4) Answer Y to the Y/N question and press [Enter] to complete the process.

Btw, you can't play this game if you have a video card that doesn't support Shader 3.0

tell you whats fun, is editing the crysis game files. For example, run around with infinite sprint, no cloak drain, uhh no suit recoil etc. Only do it once u've finished the game though...ahhh you become so powerful.

Wordsmith thankyou soo much Ive tried to get this game working for weeks now with all the bs from customer support and you fixed it in about 10 seconds
