Greetings! I was hoping you could take a couple moments out of your day to please fill out this short survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather data comparing the amount of television watched in a week compared to annual income. This if for a project in a grade 12 math class. The data collected is purely for the purpose of the project and will not be distributed to any third party organization. You are not required to include any personal information such as address, phone number(s) or name(s). Video games and internet surfing are included in television watched, you do not need a job to help provide data.

1. Are you currently employed?

Yes/No

2. What is, roughly, your annual(yearly) income? Please state currency.(ex. USD or CAD)

3. On average, how much television do you watch in a week?

3. Around 14 hours.
As you can tell, I have way to much free time on my hands.

1. No, Student
2. None - I guess you could say I have a negative income being a student
3. EDIT: Wait, Video games and internet usage are included as a part of TV watched? Ok, Umm, In that case... Oh boy. Well, considering I'm taking a course that's all on computers, and I spend my free time playing video games or browsing the internet... I'll have to go with around 45 hours.

1. No
2. None until the summer when hopefully I get a job. The only income I have right at this very moment is gifts and help from my parents.
3. A good portion of my time...I'd say probably 5 hours a day depending, so 21 hours a week.

Also, you might want to add that bit about the Internet and Video games being included in the "television" time right there in the number three slot on the list, because had I not glanced at your paragraph and just jumped straight to the questions, my answer would have been 2-3 hours a week, maximum.

1. Yes
2. Really hard to quantify because of the changes in my work but it's been an unusually good financial year so far, maybe $AUD35000? This figure is highly speculative and could vary by as much as 100% in either direction.
3. None, don't have the time or inclination, in fact I don't even own a TV aerial

EDIT: Oh shit, video games and internet surfing included in TV time? Hang on, I am required to internet surf as part of my job...

1.No

2.I earned about $450 from my last summer job, so that's it.

3. For TV, 3-4 hours a week. For video games, 4-5 hours. For internet, about 15-20 hours if you count online schoolwork.

Hope that helps whatever this is for.
