Where does everyone get those hoods that look just like the spy's hood? Otakon is next week and I have no idea where to start looking.

A... ski mask? That should be self explanatory... Just look up colored ski masks.

Look, I Googled "Blue ski mask" and I already got several results on where you can order one online.

It's not a hood really, It's a ski mask. Naturally I suggest ski stores. If not, try and look for an op shop or something

It's a Balaclava, just check sporting goods stores, military surplus stores, etc. Hope this helped.
