Help With Sims 2

Not sure where else to ask it, so I'll ask here.

How can I get two sims, who live in the same neighbourhood but don't know each other, to meet up and etc.?

I'm pretty sure it's just down to luck. Eventually one of them will turn up at the other one's house I think.

Yeah, it's pretty much luck. Hopefully you'll just bump into each other.

As people have already said, it is just luck. Head out to community lots. You have a better chance of finding them there than randomly wandering past your house.

In the University expac, unfortunately only at a University, you can get on the phone and look for the "Directory" and call just about anyone.
