no, im not asking you guys to do it for me but rather guide me in the right direction.

i have this written assignment were i have to set up an entire floor configured with access points. now i have found 3 ceiling access points, with costs and their features. that was the easy part. but here are the parts that absolutely twist me around.

create an installation plan containing:
a. installation checklist
b. detailed equipment settings for all devices.

create the following documents:
a. contract to approve design and commence work propose.
b. handover and sign off from client.

i feel like given a box of legos to create this fancy big spaceship without any instructions. we have never talked about it or even done it. just read about network and thats it.
i have googled for over 3 hours trying to find templates to give me an understanding what i have to do but none of them were remotely close to what i want or helpful. some of the checklists are over 70 pages long wile others are 4. but then again the writing had nothing to do with what i have clearly entered in to google.
office comes out empty with the search for templates. even when i enter "handover" or "sign off".

this assignment is due in a week. i really need a hand with this because im totally lost.

Are there any more details? Before you say no, consider carefully how some of us used to help out newcomers in the 'help me find this game' thread, but gave up because people are so f*cking dumb when it comes to remembering to list details! Well, that and how people rarely stick around after they find their answer.

Regardless, help us help you.

What are the parameters for these access points? Is there a power requirement? Are there AV connections? What is the purpose of these points?

I recommend starting by looking for examples of SOW's, or a
A Statement of Work (SOW) is a document routinely employed in the field of project management. It defines project-specific activities, deliverables and timelines for a vendor providing services to the client. The SOW typically also includes detailed requirements and pricing, with standard regulatory and governance terms and conditions. It is often an important accompaniment to a Master Services Agreement or Request for Proposal (RFP).
Wikipedia [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statement_of_work].

Ignore the other things Wikipedia talks about and just create an SOW. You're going to have to imagine that you're responding to a request for proposal and jump straight into the details; in other words, the fun stuff.

My experience is mainly in responding to contracts and bids, not writing them. Anyone with half a brain can respond to bids, but it usually takes a lawyer to write one. But I'll help where I can.
