ok a couple months ago i recived a usb cd drive for about $20.00 american.
anyway, i ran the instillation disk and it was just to download usb 2.0 software... later i tried to download the fallout trilogy i bought. guess what, while it ran the disk that came with it it would not, for reason run the fallout disk... so escapists besides buying a more expensive drive what can i do to get this thing running... for when i do so it goes "wheere wheeer wheeeeeeeeeeere" then dies......

Have you tried exploring the disc instead of waiting for the auto-run? If you can get access you should be able to locate the .exe file and prompt the installation yourself.
