So, just now I was watching my partner play Mass Effect 3. He goes to the Citadel and starts walking around and talking to people. Which is when he comes across Garrus, looking like he's lost something...

So, while we're cracking up, he starts the Presidium sniping event. And the entire thing plays out with Garrus... headless.

Needless to say, we're still laughing at it.

So, for discussion value, have you ever come across any bugs or glitches that really made you laugh?

I've had a few glitches that I've been able to capture.

In Mass Effect during the fight against the matriache. I can't remember exactly what I did to trigger this, but I think I got hit by some physic thing at the exact moment a cutscene triggered. When I regained control my Shepard was slowly falling to the ground, but his head was moving a little faster. After about two minutes (he was falling really slowly), his head had moved completely off his shoulders. I guess Bioware enjoys decapitation.

I was just playing Walking Dead episode 3, and there was a whole scene about Duck where he was invisible.

I remember my first time playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat. I had a mission about someone missing so I had to go talk to someone else about him.
I go to find this person but when I get to his location marker thingy, he's not there. But, it is around 11 PM gametime, so I decide to go to sleep and see if he shows up in the morning. What I found when I went over to the beds was possibly the strangest thing in the zone.

A man lying completely horizontal was halfway through the top bunk of a two bunk bed. As I approached, he simply fell. Very slowly, very mysteriously, fell. Through the top bunk, into and through the bottom bunk, until eventually he simply phased through the floor, disappearing into the void for what I thought would be an eternity.
However, after sitting in confusion for a good 30 seconds or so until our mystery man appears again. Standing fully upright, looking at me. At least, his top half is. His legs have been completely contorted to be facing the opposite direction to his top half.

Naturally, I'm curious as to how he reacts about this. So, I go to talk to him about this not so rare occasion.
"Hey, you the guy they sent to talk about our missing man?" (Paraphrasing)
"wat" does not sum up my reaction well enough.
