How am I a pub club member?

I don't really know where to ask this, I haven't even been to this site in over a year and i've never bought membership yet it says I have it. Special event or error or what?

DEFY shut down the Durham office of the Escapist, firing most of the site staff in the process. The departing tech team gave a load of people free Pub Club.
