Any FPS and a head shot with a shotgun makes all stress disappear. I defy you to remain angry after brutally murdering someone with a shotgun

I dont stress, well most of the time thats true. Now its finals week, the most stressful time I go through. If I ever do get stressed out, I go for a walk to think things out

If im feeling really stressed out or really down (which i very frequently do), i either drink excessive amounts of alcohol and passes out, cause it gives me a few hours when i dont think about the problem at hand plus it gives me something else to think about the next day, most often what i did the night before, that's always a tricky one to remember, or if i dont have any alcohol i eat alot and smoke alot.

None of them are healthy in any way, but they work for me, atleast short-term.

I remove myself from everyone, don't say what I'm doing or where I'm going I just disappear and try to find a place to gather my thoughts. Funnily enough it works, water does have a calming effect sometimes.

Failing that I throw whatever's closest to my hands across the room and have a little tantrum.

Depends on the cause of stress.

Some have me play violent video games or listen to aggressive music until I calm down.
Other times I do something productive like clean or do art.
I'll drink a glass of water and do a relaxed breathing exercise on a few.
There's times I remove myself from the area of the stress inducer.

Everything is situation pending. Some tricks work better than others and there's no real fix all with me

Be in a constant state of, "I can't care about things that cause me trouble; I'll just get excited about things that I like."
Now if it's something that will, say, cause me more stress if I ignore it (such as homework) then I put it off until my stomach starts to crawl then I'll do it all at once and be done with it.

I play Ninja Gaiden II to remind me that whenever I feel stressed about something in life, it's not as stressful as dealing with those multi-rocket launcher ninjas.

Or I work out.

Stress slides right off my back.
An animation I recently finished took 230 hours to render. And just like the previous version of it, 5/6ths of it had to be re-rendered because it was rendered in the wrong camera, issuing 160 hours of calculation waste, on the computer's part. THat which issued from me:
"Aw man... oh well. Could be worse." *Delete waste files, Click Render from Camera01*

Something involving my hand, and a throbbing place..

Just sayin'. Free, and almost always end with happy endings.

I try to be cool, calculate what i can do to get calm and concentrate myself, to work one point after the other, not to overreact.

Most of the time I just get on Saints Row 2 and start running over and shooting people. It makes me think, "Heh, sucks for them."

Or just play a game. I usually get lost when I play a game.

I tend to drink massive amounts of caffeine, or do something that requires me to be energetic, so i can just spool up my energy and then wind down enough to get calm. Depends on the situation though
