Title says it but for discussion purposes what do you guys think of it so far? I've been clipping into walls and things like that but I found it pretty good for the 10 minutes that I played it. Feel free to share your experiences and frustrations.

When alive, hit escape and go to options, then video.
That's it actually, and yeah, it totally sucks.

I keep having driver problems and memory leaks, so I'm not playing anymore cause I'm afraid my computer might fry.

And well, I LOVE YOU PRONE, WELCOME BACK! I'VE MISSED YOU!

I suffer from the disappearing player model bug, big time; I actually see my gun less than I don't see it. The other major problem is that the radio chatter has a tendency to stutter and repeat itself, which is a shame, because they've got a nice selection of canned radio chatter this time around. It's one of the few non-graphical areas where I can honestly say it's a clear step up from BF2, instead of a step down or a step sideways.

As for the actual gameplay, what little I've seen of it is okay, if somewhat dumbed down from BF2 (with things like the removal of the commander, the smaller squads, and the missing/combined classes.) I played a round of Caspian Border when the password got leaked last night, and I have to say, conquest mode is still very much conquest mode; I really don't know why they didn't pick a conquest map for the open part of the beta. I guess they wanted to emphasize that BF3 is a CoD killer, and did it by picking a CoD-like game mode, but most people want a Battlefield game for what's different from CoD, not for what's similar, so it's really a baffling decision -- but then so is the entire idea of a Battlefield game beating CoD at what CoD does best. I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but if EA wants to do that with an existing IP, they need to make a good Medal of Honor game. Both CoD and MoH are in that same counterstrike-like subgenre of shooters, and it makes a lot of sense when you consider that Infinity Ward was founded by the people who made the first few MoH games -- I'm not entirely sure what the story is, but much like what happened to Infinity Ward after MW2 was released, the core members of the MoH dev team left it after one of the MoH games, founded Infinity Ward, and made the original Call of Duty.
