How do you like your keish?
Hot or cold?

My preference would be cold, hot is OK but cold is cool

I think so. It is a french word. Google says Quiche too.

Ew, cold just sounds nasty! he quiche that I have had over the years were all hot, and I cant imagine them being very good cold... maybe we are talking about different things?

Thrown away and replaced with something else. It is a texture thing - hot is more regnant than cold, but cold is bad. I can't take the texture.
