It looks SO awesome. I just want to know how to make it? Do i use this program or something?

They are created using regular fonts, find a windows program called charmap, it allows you to view all symols in any font on your computer, and allows you to copy out any symbol. I found the symbols used for the one you posted in the Arial font.
