My mom a lot of the time goes crazy and starts yelling over the smallest things for like twenty minutes straight.

My dad ignores her and tells her to shut up but that makes her madder and I have to listen to it because I have no driver's license.

How do your parent's act?

I had basically the same situation just opposite. My Dads living a few hundred miles away now so I just have my quiet, laid-back Mum. As long as I don't do anything stupid or illegal, she's glad to have me around.

Like normal people? I dont know i dont live with my parents (thank jeebus).
Moved out already, I take it? Lucky you.

My mom is very no-nonsense, which of course means I can't act around her the way I would around friends, otherwise she'd think I've lost my mind. She's also very religious, so you can guess how things went when I came out to my parents at 16...

My dad is a bit more lax, and he's where I got part of my sense of humor from. He has his off days, though, and sometimes he can get worse than my mom.

My mom acts like an idiot.

My dad acts like a corpse buried six feet beneath the ground.

My mom is a calm, nice lady who will usually make you anything you want. If you have friends over she won't bother you at all and usually make food for everyone.

My dad is a quiet guy who doesn't talk much. He's usually just there.

Its rare to see them yelling.

My dad is a "habitual drinker", a Stalinist, and a John Waters fan. So he's got to be, like, the coolest dad ever. Plus, he taught me how to make Molotovs and to breath fire with your alcoholic breath.

My mom is the typical house fairy over from suburban California. She's a Star Trek geek, which is one of the many things she and her boyfriend have in common. She doesn't approve of my dad a whole lot though, but they tolerate each other.

My parents are really laid back. My dad acts like a brother that I never had, and is kinda a douchebag, but in the joking kind of way. My mom is really open with me, and we talk and vent. She's seen some tough times. Both are admitted gamers.
But, I guess all of that derives from the fact that i'm taller than both of them, and the fact that my parents are divorced. But, what am I gonna do?

Pretty much the way you described.
How do you deal with it?

My real mom is not a good mom to her other children, She had me at a young age so her mom took me and raised me.
My dad is dead to me, he doesn't accept the fact that I am not a sports person, I only play sports when I feel like it, he wants me to be strong, but I can't its not me, he wants me to be like him and Im nothing like him, Hes dead to me.

The Mom who raised me tought me alot of things, shes nice, fun, and lets me be what I wanna be, she supports me.
:3 so baisicly, my real mom is not a good parent, my dad is dead to me, and the one I call mom now is better in everyway even if I wasent raised with a father.

Hmm, well... My dad acts like a pile of ash in an urn... in a box. He really doesn't do more than collect dust. My mother is completely and utterly insane. If anything happens around the house, IE her losing something, it automatically becomes my fault and she begins screaming at me. When driving she goes crazy if someone drives too slow... or too fast. She screams about how everyone on the road is out to get her. o_O She's also incredibly racist and screams about black people on Wheel of Fortune/whatever other silly game show she's watching.

Basically she acts like a psychotic old hag that needs to be stuffed in a box deep deep under ground. She's never going to die as she's too busy spiting me and the rest of her kids.

My Dad is also a pile of ash in a box but was a great man before his death. My mother is an aging hippy whom nothing bothers. For instance she over heard a story about me screwing my ex (in a very uncomfortable place) on her kitchen floor and she almost died laughing.
