A ghetto is basically a poor district. "Ghetto" has evolved to mean something other than that, however.
Fuck if I know what it is.

It pretty esentially means really cool cause all of the stupid rich kids decided that being a ghetto kid was cool.

On a ghetto scale of 1-10 you don't even get graded. that's how un-shetto that is.
