How many times has a needle violated your skin?

Last summer my Appendix exploded, almost died, but for 3 weeks in the hospital I got 10+ injections a night. I'm O.K. now but I almost died.

While There I learned that if you watch the needle it doesn't hurt as bad, That's my tactic for my first Tattoo that I'll probably get in 4 months.

But I have given blood quite a bit of times.

Oh and I don't do drugs.

Same here. Except it's mainly because as well as hating needles,

They just look ugly and rank. I don't mind the odd tattoo like one on someone's ankle or arm or something, but in general I'm not a big fan. As I say, they're just ugly.

I thought for a moment you were seriously expecting us to remember how many shots we've had over the years, in which case I have no bloody idea. Since it's the tattoos/piercing thing though the answer is zero.

None as of yet. Unsure if I want a tattoo or not, but know I don't want piercings as a nail through my foot when 8 guaranteed I will never get another hole in me as long as I live.

I've got none. Not a fan of peircings, but tattoos are fine (as long as there not joke tattoos).

The only needles that I?ve ever got are those of the medical variety.
(Like a flu shot.)

I don?t do piercings or drugs.

As a matter of fact, I?m terrified of needles and the only reason I got the medical ones is because, I was too young to stop the doctor and plus I knew that they are for my own good.

Well bludgeon me with a shoe, let's talk about all needles.

Ok, Diabetic since I was 9 months old, I had two injections per day till I was 12. so that's 8760 injections over 12 years, at the age of 8 I started my daily blood monitoring so we'll call that 3 tests per day so you can add 4380 up to the age of 12, these figures do not include any vaccines, blood tests or the extra days due to leap years.

I then moved on to 4 injections a day and have stuck with that plus the average 3 blood tests per day since so you can add another 19 years worth of tests and injections to that bringing a figure of 48545.

Add it all together and you come up with a grand total of 61685. That's an approximate figure and of course does not include extra injections from additional blood draws, vaccines, denatl work etc....

to be honest if any one can beat that you can not only have a cookie but the whole god damn jar.
