How many unfinished games do you have in your video game library?

So how many Unfinished video games do you currently have in your library ? and if you can name a few of them . (steam games dont count because people buy like 50 of them during the sales and never play them lol )

Fallout 3 (gotta finish the Quest for Heaven mod), Alice: Madness Begins, FEAR, Grim Fandango, Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal, Beyond Good and Evil

I'm sortof good at finishing games, though for some reason the last 10% of the game always takes me the longest to get through

By unfinished do you mean not 100% completed or just the story?

Not finished to the degree that you want them to be finished, probably. So, if you want to play a game to 100% completion but haven't done it, that's unfinished, but if you only wanted to finish the story, it's done.

I've never believed that videogames are like movies - that is to say, that you can "finish" and be done with them. Even games with plots, getting (that is to say, NOT getting) 100% has never phased me because that sort of implies that the game is "done" when I've done it all.

Of course, if a game has a compelling narrative as its drawcard, I'll do everything in my power to finish that narrative. But usually, leaving a narrative unfinished never bugs me in the slightest. I've sunk 30 hours or more into GTAIV and I'm barely at the second island! ...am I bitter? Not in the slightest. Cos I've been playing the game.

I still have sitting on my shelves unfinished:

Fallout New Vegas (lost interest)
Oblivion (despite the several hundred hours I've put in, just never completed the main quest)
Darksiders (hated it and can't sell it on)
Assassin's Creed (yes the first one, just never got around to playing it much)
STALKER and STALKER Call of Pripyat (beautiful, atmospheric games but just too hard for poor old non-shooter-gamer me)
Amnesia: The Dark Descent (it's friggin' scary - I only ever spend half an hour or so at a time in it. I really do plan to finish it eventually.)
Arcania: Gothic 4 (I was stupid enough to think it was actually gonna be good, stopped when it had been boring me senseless for hours and I realised it was never gonna get fun)

Probably a few more, but these are the ones I can name off the top of my head.

In any case, I still have dawn of war II: retribution to finish, uncharted 2, half life 2 to finish. I try to finish games before buying/borrowing a new one.

Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (I'm about an hour or so from finishing tho)
Alan Wake (going to play this after I finish Riddick)
Final Fantasy XIII
Infinite Undiscovery (these 2 I just have no interest in finishing)
Dead Rising
Lost Planet
Command and Conquer Tiberium Wars (meh to these 3)

Also on PC I have yet to finish Assassins Creed the original...because I played it and did not like it.

Fourteen. Too many. HOWEVER, those games are mostly games I've bought for my PS2, which I recently dug out of the closet. I guess I'll name them just because I, too, am bored...so bored...come to think of it, I should probably start putting some time into these games instead of wasting away on this forum...whatever.

Metal Gear Solid (PS1...I'll get around to finishing it eventually...got pretty far then just stopped)
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1...see Metal Gear Solid)
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (SNES...really fun, just haven't gotten around to finishing)
Timesplitters 2 (PS2...it's okay, I guess. Shooters don't age well, and I couldn't get into this one)
Hitman: Blood Money (PS2...froze up at one point the first time I played it, haven't touched it since)
Final Fantasy XII (PS2...haven't even started it yet)
Silent Hill 2 (PS2...this one I DO play regularly, but only for an hour at a time, for the same reason lithium.jelly only plays Amnesia: the Dark Descent for a short time)
Second Sight (PS2...see Final Fantasy XII)
Drakan: The Ancient's Gate (PS2...my friend INSISTED upon my buying this game since it was only three bucks and he had loads of fun with it as a kid...it's okay...haven't really played it much)
Haven: Call of the King (PS2...see Final Fantasy XII, Second Sight)
Shinobi (PS2...see Drakan: The Ancient's Gate)
Two Worlds (360...want to keep playing just because it's so damn funny...the voice acting is just...just horrendous)
LEGO Harry Potter (360...got stuck and can't move on)
Demon's Souls (PS3...though I play that every day. Just haven't finished yet).

So that's my summer until the ol' college starts up again. Such a chore.

according to my xbox i have got every achievement in oblivion but i dont have 100 percent in ANY other game

I'd guess that maybe around 1/4 of my gaming library is unfinished. Which is very, very sad.

I'd name a few, but it might take all night. Ah hell, here's a short, short list.

Oblivion- I put about 60 hours in but never got around to finishing the main quests

Bioshock- After being bored with the first game I didn't have the heart to finish this one, although in my opinion it is a lot better

Avatar: The Game- I was distracted by Just Cause 2

Fallout: New Vegas- I am being distracted by LA Noire and inFamous 2 right now, but I will get back to it this summer.

Metal Gear Solid 4- I got stuck during the boss fight on Shadow Moses but I really want to finish it someday

inFamous- Finished my good play through but only finished about half of my evil playthrough.

Call of Duty: World at War- I only finished about half of my veteran playthough. I beat Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops on veteran though, at least THEY played fair.

Fallout 3- After accidentally erasing 50 hours of work, I played through again for 130 hours, but forgot to get the trophies for being neutral and evil. Now I have to reach lv. 20 all over again. By the way, is there any way to lower my karma from full good to neutral and evil in Raven Rock? It is the only save that I have from before lv. 20. Except I am lv. 19 in Raven Rock and the quest bonus wil level me up so I don't know if I can use it.

Oh man.. going to make me feel bad thinking up my list...

Suikioden 1 2 3 and 5 (I always get right up to the end last dungeon of sorts and find my guys are to weak then I gotta start over..)

FF 3 4 6 7 10 10-2 12 ( same as above ) and Dissida 012 (playing through now)

Persona 3 and 4 (currently replaying 3 on portable and stopped playing 4 in I think the last dungeon -wont list names and such for spoiler reasons-)

Xensoaga ep 1 (I have leveling issues in rpgs for some reason.. no idea why..)

Disgaea 1 (finished and replaying 2 on handled) and 3 (couldn't get into it for some reason.. just didn't enjoy the base characters as much)

Elders scrolls 3 plus Xpacs

Kingdom hearts 1 (read the top again..)

tsk... and lots more i'm sure I can't think of off the top of my head..

In approximate order of release date:

-Earthbound - Level 38 or so, working through the robots in Monotoli Building F48.
[skip quite a few years]
-Half Life 2 - Haven't played in a while, because I'm stuck in Ravenholm.
-Twilight Princess - Lakebed Temple is so confusing...and requires far too many bombs...
-Super Mario Galaxy - I thought it was easy until Luigi's Purple Coins, but Bowser's Galaxy Reactor is just a little too much for me.
-Bioshock - Neptune's Bounty. Forgot to get the grenade launcher, though, so I might as well start over again...
-Okami (Wii) - Haven't gotten that 'Living Sword' fish in Sei-An City yet, because I couldn't find the rod. But now I can, so I really have no excuse for not playing this more.

That's all the ones I'm actually interested in beating. I also have an unfinished Fallout 3 file, but I'm not so interested in it...

Probably between 15-20 if I count Wii and PC.

Most of those are PC though, Steam sales kill me, of course I want a 10 hour adventure for 2.50USD!
