DLC is a great thing for games, but is some of this stuff too high?
1200 microsoft points (or $15 dollars) to much for Map packs? On the xbox you can buy Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for 4000 microsoft points. ($50 dollars) Modern Warfare 2 also haves two map packs, to buy both map pack;you need 2400 microsoft points that's over half of the whole game.
$7.49 for just a skin in an RTS? [http://store.steampowered.com/app/56538/?cc=uk]Its only a skin, you can get 2000 skins in minecraft for free.
The $70 monocle on Eve online.(That better be the best monocle ever)and the guys that made Eve online may make more expensive things to buy. [http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2011-07-11-future-eve-nex-goods-dwarf-USD70-monocle]
I guess people that love the game enough will buy it no matter the cost.
