I'd take $100 for a punch from an average, 5'9"-6', 150-200 or so lbs., non-asian bloke. Seems fair.

On topic: I would basically do the exact same as Vie's suggestion, and take the money then punch them instead claiming I'd misheard them. I ain't letting someone punch me...

See the NHS allows us to do this sorta thing without worrying about hospital bills .
Personally it depends which part of the face and how tough the person throwing the punch is. But certainly no less than £50.
